D124001 is the prepayment meter with IC card. It could solve the problem of fees issue of the scattered residents, temporally users and always debts users. The software could record the users' information, it will be very convenient to manage all users. User can buy the energy of IC card in the service website, writing the buying energy into IC card through vending software and card reader. Then insert the IC card into the meter, the meter will start to work normally after successful operation. Meanwhile, don't forget to take out the IC card.
