D124002 is the prepaid keypad meter with STS certificate.Built-in battery with large capacitor, power off showed more than 10 years. Opening the cover/ terminal cover will have tamper indication. Electricity company no need to worry about the safty problem. STS applys Token code (20 digits) to exchange the data and prepayment mode of information transmit.
